Welcome to the Emerging Circuits and Computation (ECC) group's website.

About the Group

The group consists of Mustafa Altun and his students in the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering at Istanbul Technical University. Our research focuses on circuit design and computing models for emerging nanoscale technologies, namely computational nanoelectronics. We also have a special interest in mathematical combinatorics and analog circuit design. In terms of teaching, we give different undergraduate courses on electronic circuits, and a graduate course on computational nanoelectronics.
